Frequently asked questions
These are the questions we hear most across the counter and through the form. If your question is not here, send it and we will answer it in plain terms rather than make you read between the lines.
Common questions
How do I know which part fits my truck?
Fitment turns on the year, engine, cab, bed and axle, because two trucks with the same name can take different parts. Send those details and we confirm the part against them. When the truck has a factory sensor package, a lift or an axle swap, we check the truck itself rather than trust a fitment chart alone.
Do you install the parts or only sell them?
Both. Many drivers take a part home and fit it themselves, and others have us install it. The estimate lists the part and the fitting on separate lines, so you can choose either way without paying for work you would rather do yourself.
Can you order a part that is not on the shelf?
Often yes. We keep the fast-moving maintenance parts in stock and special-order the performance and accessory parts, because a shelf cannot hold every diameter. When a part has to be ordered we tell you an honest lead time rather than a hopeful one.
Are your parts original or aftermarket?
We carry both and we say which is which. Original-grade parts match the factory spec, while aftermarket parts often add a long-life or heavy-duty option at a lower price. We match the grade to how long you plan to keep the truck.
Will a modification void my warranty?
A bolt-on part does not void a warranty by itself, but a dealer can decline a claim if the part is shown to have caused the fault. That is why we confirm the application carefully and keep the install clean, so there is a clear record if a claim ever comes up.
How do I get a quote?
Send your truck's year, make, model, engine and axle with what you need and how you use it through the form. We reply with a written estimate that lists the part, the hardware and the fitting on separate lines, and nothing is ordered until you approve it.
Can you source a hard-to-find part?
Often yes, even when a part is not on our shelf. We have suppliers for performance, driveline and accessory parts, and a special order usually arrives within a few days. When something is genuinely discontinued, we say so plainly and suggest the closest working alternative rather than leave you waiting.
