What the parts form collects
The only details we ask for are the ones an order needs. When you send a request we receive whatever you type, which is normally your name, a way to reach you, the vehicle and a description of the part. The site also logs the routine technical information any server records, such as the pages opened and the kind of device, so we can keep it online and secure.
- The contact method you type in the form
- The vehicle details you choose to give
- The part or symptom you describe
- Ordinary technical and usage records
Why each detail is kept
We use what you send to identify the right part, quote a range and, once you are a customer, to order, fit and follow up on the work. Nothing is sold on, and nothing is handed to advertisers. Records are held only while a reason to hold them exists or while the law requires it.
Sharing details with parts suppliers
Sourcing a special order sometimes means passing the application to a supplier so the correct part is built or pulled. We share only what the supplier needs to match the order, we do not send contact details for marketing, and a supplier who wants more than that does not get our business.
Cookies and simple measurement
The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not measure which pages you read. If a page stores anything at all, it is strictly necessary to serve that page, and clearing it in your browser will not stop you placing an order.
Your requests
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction or ask for a deletion, and we will act where the law allows. Send the request through the contact form and say what you need. We may confirm who you are before changing or removing a record.
Retention, and updates to this notice
A parts request and its supporting records are kept only as long as answering you and standing behind the work requires. When that need ends we remove them on a sensible schedule, and you can ask for an earlier deletion. If our practice changes, this page is updated to match, and continuing to use the site accepts the current version.
