What to include in your message

The more detail you give up front, the closer the first estimate will be. A short message with the basics is all we need to get started, but these details help us confirm the application the first time.

• Year, make, model and engine
• Cab, bed length and drive type
• The part you need or the symptom you are chasing
• Any axle, gear or lift already fitted
• Whether you want to fit it or have us fit it
• The best way and time to reach you

What happens after you send it

A person reads your message and answers it, usually within one business day. If the answer is simple, we reply with a range and a part suggestion. If the part depends on seeing the truck, we arrange a visit to confirm the axle and the hardware before we quote the final number. Nothing is ordered until you approve a written estimate.

Booking and turnaround

Most maintenance parts fit into a single visit, and a special order usually books within a day or two of the parts arriving. If your truck is mid-repair or unsafe to drive, say so and we will treat it as a priority. We will always tell you what the job involves and how long we expect it to take before you commit.

Warranty and follow-up

Workmanship on our fittings is covered, and we pass through the manufacturer coverage on the parts we supply. Where it applies, we ask you to bring the truck back after the first few hundred miles so we can re-check the clamps, the fluid and the wiring. That follow-up is part of the job, not an extra, and it is how a fitted part stays right over the years.

Where we are

We serve the whole Rio Grande Valley from the mid-Valley outward, including Brownsville, Harlingen, La Feria, McAllen and Weslaco and the towns between them. If you are not sure whether your area is covered, ask in your message and we will tell you plainly rather than leave you guessing about pickup or delivery.
